We are in Germany

Hello all

As some of you already know we have made it to Germany!

So here are some of the details of the trip.

We drove 5144 miles on the trip. Here are all the stops that we have made:

Springfield, OR (Pat and Debby)
Monterey, CA (My Mom and Dad)
Williams, AZ (Grand Canyon)
Los Cruces, NM (Overnight)
San Antonio, TX (Sam and Han)
Dallas, TX (Amy and Chris)
Hugo, OK (Lunch w/Diana)
Ft Smith, AR (Betty's Mom and Mr Lee)
Fayetteville, AR (Betty's Aunt and Dad and Mona)
Redford, MI (Amy and Greg)
Leesburg, VI (Cindy and Rich)

Thanks to everyone who hosted us! We really appreciate it!
It was great to see our family and friends on the way. I'm sorry that we didn't get to see all of our friends on the way!

I'm really glad I got to see all my nieces and nephews. I'm really glad to have seen my Sister Amy and her kids!

Seeing the Grand Canyon was great. We can't wait to go hiking there!

Big props to United on getting Danny here safe and sound! The crew and Dulles Airport did a great job getting him on the plane. They had everything we needed (stickers and forms) and some things that we didn't need(bowls and paperwork). They got him off the plane quickly in Germany. Overall they did a great job!

So now we are going to get our drivers license. Not a easy task. It is 150 questions. The study guide for it has 75 pages. We are also looking for a house. This will get easier when we can drive.
